As a seasoned strategic talent advisor passionate about driving and delivering change, Krista Skalde joined Inovia Capital in April 2021, responsible for the design and implementation of talent management, organizational effectiveness solutions, and market-aligned People & Talent practices to drive business performance, both internally within Inovia and with Inovia’s Portfolio Companies. Previously, Krista was with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, leading HR for private markets teams. She’s held different roles in organizational and leadership development in different geographies around the world.
